Refund policy

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or an incorrect item was delivered.
• Electronic products may only be returned if they are faulty upon arrival (DOA – Dead on Arrival).
